Customer Review :

perfect for hot yoga : prAna Women's Headband, Brown, One Size
If I had not gotten this item as a freebie, I would be very disappointed at spending $8+ on it. If I were to buy this in a store, $2 would be about the price point that I'd consider reasonable. Why? It's essentially a band of jersey stitched into a tube. No edge finishing, a sloppily stitched on logo tag, and that's it. You could make it yourself for pennies if you have even the most rudimentary sewing ability.

It does have its good points: it's wide enough to keep bangs and unruly hair back (but so wide that it sticks up at the back if it's worn behind the hairline). It's good for yoga as it does keep hair out of your eyes. However, it slips quite a bit on me (but I have a smaller head and very smooth, fine hair that is quite slippery in general, so that doesn't help things.

If you don't mind the pricepoint and have a larger head/thicker hair to hold it in place, then it would do quite nicely. If you have a smallish head, I'd give it a miss and make your own.
