this is a sturdy belt which should last for years. I think for its price it could be better though. It could use more velcro on both sides to make its size more adjustable. Also, when wearing on duty with accessories (gun,etc) once the belt is lapped back over to secure, my gun was keeping it from velcro-ing. So if you get a smaller size you risk not having enough velcro to secure the belt, and if you get the larger one, it may wrap around to far and interfer with your belt accessories. Ive got a 34 waist and tried both medium and large. The medium works but there isnt much velcro contact, and it seems to slip some throughout the day. I took my large and cut it to size and had the velcro on the end sewn back on.
